Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Be yoU Energy. By accessing this website and purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Holistic Services Disclaimer

All bioenergetic scans, alignments and radionic treatments provided by Be yoU Energy are holistic, spiritual and complementary services. They do not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions.

2. Order Information Requirements

To conduct remote analysis and prepare custom protocols, accurate therapy details must be provided through the secure form available after payment. This includes the recipient’s full name, date of birth and the goals, symptoms or intentions for each therapy purchased. This information is handled confidentially and used only to provide the requested service.

3. Digital Deliverables & Refunds

Due to the highly customised nature of tailored bioenergetic treatments and the instant-access format of digital templates, all sales are final. Once an analysis has been initiated or a digital file downloaded, cancellations, returns and refunds cannot be offered.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
